It cost 810 to go the first observation deck which is 150m above ground and then it costs another 500 600 to go to the second deck which is 250m up. The structure is an eiffel tower inspired lattice tower that is painted white and international orange to comply with air safety regulations.
Going up to the highest viewing point of tokyo tower. A high tower looking over tokyo we came here early so it wasnt very crowded and got to get up to the observation floor of the tower whilst it was empty. Walked a good 30min or so from nishiazabu.

The tour allows you to visit top deck which is 250 meters above the sky. We didnt go up the tower since it was getting late but walked around the base of the tower. At 3329 meters it is the second tallest structure in japan.
They also offer a drink and photo shooting service. Viewing the tower from the base was pretty impressive in itself.
